Dishwasher • Mikang, Plateau State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Mikang, Plateau State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
