Kitchen porter wanted in Ezza South

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ezza South, Ebonyi State. You will be based in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Six days a week, one day off.
