Workshop mechanic — Calhoun County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Calhoun County, Illinois. Day to day you will road-test vehicles to confirm the repair; service and replace timing belts and chains; carry out oil and filter changes; read fault codes and clear them after the repair; recharge and service the air-conditioning system; bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear. Ideal candidate: • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Own set of hand tools We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
