CNC milling operator — Siskiyou County

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Siskiyou County, California. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. On a typical shift you will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
