Brickwork mason — Ogun Waterside

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Ogun Waterside, Ogun State. You will be based on a busy housing site. Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks The role involves pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦500 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
