Cook — Mikang

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Mikang, Plateau State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₦1,300 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
