Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes On a typical shift you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges.
