Hand presser • Barbour County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hand presser in Barbour County, Alabama. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. On the job you will handle: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Meals and transport allowance provided.
