Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Newton County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
