Toolroom milling operator • Lumpkin County, Georgia

Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Lumpkin County, Georgia. You will work in a die and mould making unit. You will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
