Urgent requirement: coating plant operator (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Allen County, Kentucky. The job is at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Performance bonus on top of base pay.
