Hoist operator wanted in Wright County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hoist operator in Wright County, Missouri. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) On the job you will handle: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
