Road roller operator — Ottawa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in Ottawa County, Ohio. You will work at a road-building project. Day to day you will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
