Paint booth operator • Carroll County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Carroll County, Tennessee. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
