Concrete worker — Humboldt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete worker in Humboldt County, Nevada. You will work at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works The role involves give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
