Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Poinsett County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
