Immediate opening: plant operator (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Newton County, Texas. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Day to day you will report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
