Steam press operator wanted in Montgomery County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steam press operator in Montgomery County, Kansas. You should have: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep The role involves operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; give each garment a final press before packing; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
