Pipe tig welder • Warren County, Mississippi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Warren County, Mississippi. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Day to day you will set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
