Immediate opening: fine-dining server (Vermont)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Caledonia County, Vermont. The job is in a coffee shop. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Six days a week, one day off.
