Urgent requirement: abattoir worker (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
