Powder coater — Grenada County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Grenada County, Mississippi. The job is on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
