Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Cass County, North Dakota. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
