Milling machine operator • Williamson County, Tennessee

Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Williamson County, Tennessee. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 2+ years on the tools preferred.
