Conventional mill operator — Franklin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Franklin County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
