The role involves log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Can read work instructions and basic measurements $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
