Dough maker — Rockbridge County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Rockbridge County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
