Turning centre operator — Cecil County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Cecil County, Maryland. You will work at a busy machine shop. You will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. You should have: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
