Trailer driver — Carroll County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trailer driver in Carroll County, Ohio. The job is in a refrigerated transport fleet. Day-to-day duties: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock You should have: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
