Vacancy available: flatlock machine operator (Plateau State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Riyom, Plateau State. On the job you will handle: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Rotating shifts.
