Forklift operator — Lake County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a forklift operator in Lake County, Michigan. You will work at a busy distribution centre. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety The role involves log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book; assist with stock takes and cycle counting; read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch; load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
