Now hiring: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Clinton County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy production line. Day-to-day duties: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Full-time with occasional weekends.
