Horizontal milling machine operator — Beadle County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Beadle County, South Dakota. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
