Urgent requirement: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Mobile County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
