Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane operator in Carroll County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
