Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
