Chef de partie — Roberts County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Roberts County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
