Pastry baker — Costilla County

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Costilla County, Colorado. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
