Vacancy available: excavator operator (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Archuleta County, Colorado. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) The role involves keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
