Core maker — Peach County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a core maker in Peach County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts The role involves melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities.
