Packer — Nassau County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a packer in Nassau County, New York. You will work in a cold-storage packing unit. The role involves: • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg Full-time, day shift.
