Meat cutter — Jeff Davis County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Jeff Davis County, Texas. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
