Join our team: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Oliver County, North Dakota. You will work at a residential building site. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) The role involves erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses.
