Powder coater — Iowa County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Iowa County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
