Immediate opening: banksman (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a banksman in Rains County, Texas. The job is on a high-rise building site. The role involves: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles 5+ years on the tools preferred.
