Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Marion County, West Virginia. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Performance bonus on top of base pay.
