Vacancy available: steam press operator (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a steam press operator in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Full-time, day shift.
