What we are looking for: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends Day-to-day duties: • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
