Kitchenhand — Dekina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Dekina, Kogi State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
