You should have: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Day-to-day duties: • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
